About Us
The Millstream Oil Syndicate is a members' club that arranges the supply of heating oil at competitive prices.

Membership is available nationwide but most of our members are based in the South East of England.
  
We can supply:
Standard Kerosene (used by most boilers), Premium Kerosene (for members who have an AGA), Gas Oil and Derv (generally used on farms).  

Please see below for oil prices for our members.  These prices are updated weekly each Monday and you will be charged the price at the time you order, not when you are delivered.

Due to the continued conflict in the Middle East, Certas are unable to fix any prices.

Until further notice, orders can be taken but a price will only be given two days before delivery either by text or email.

Please see the process below from Certas:

If you receive a notification of your oil being delivered without receiving prior notification of the price, please  inform the Certas Syndicate Team. 
Please email - syndicate.support@certasenergy.co.uk and they will be able to give a price before delivery.

The email address if you wish to cancel your order is:  cancel@certasenergy.co.uk 
Certas will need 24 hours’ notice before delivering to cancel the order, if they receive cancelations within 24 hours of delivering, they cannot guarantee the cancellation.

Prices for members for orders placed between
2nd and 15th March 2026 are as follows:
  
TBAp per litre for Standard Kerosene
TBAp per litre for Premium Kerosene (Glowmax)
TBAp per litre for Gas Oil

The above prices are exclusive of 5% VAT

There is currently a lead time of 10 working days for delivery by standard tankers and 14 working days for delivery by baby tankers - therefore please order early to ensure you get your delivery in time.

Please be aware that if you are ordering online directly through the Certas website, your deliveries will NOT be classed as being part of the Millstream Oil Syndicate. You will therefore not benefit from the Syndicate price.  Please order via email to either myself at melimited@aol.com or Certas direct at syndicate.support@certasenergy.co.uk.

Signalman/Smart Monitor Deliveries

To ensure you receive the correct syndicate price, please forward your delivery notification to melimited@aol.com as soon as you receive it so that I can ensure the syndicate price is added to your invoice.  Otherwise, these invoices are automatically generated and you will be overcharged for your delivery.  This is for members who are automatically delivered via a Signalman/Smart Monitor only.




Peter Tuke
& Claire Kelson

Peter Tuke has been running the Millstream Oil Syndicate since 1984 and together with Claire Kelson since 1993.

Winter 2020/21 Peter Tuke decided to take a back seat from the general day to day running of the syndicate.  Claire Kelson is now the sole contact and will continue the efficient service that has been provided previously. 

 There is a new dedicated phone number: 07788 270176 and the email will remain the same for the time being.

The syndicate currently has over 700 members who benefit from the competitive prices charged and help with sorting out problems when they occur.

We are able to recommend highly qualified and helpful heating engineers, tank replacement services, monitoring devices for tanks, plumbers and a host of other useful contacts.

From time to time, the syndicate donates to a number of local churches and charities.  We ask all new members to give their preference for whom they would like to see supported when they send us their joining form.  

All members are entered into a draw, which produces two winners each quarter.  Winners accounts are issued with a Credit Note for £100 which can be used against future deliveries of oil.

Annual Boiler Service - Special Offer

Certas have a new fantastic offer where members of the Millstream Oil Syndicate now qualify for a special saving of 10% off the cost of an annual boiler service - if booked via the syndicate team.  This can be paid via invoice or via a monthly direct debit.
